Can my dog eat vitamin D?

No.

Vitamin D is one of the most dangerous supplements a dog can get into — one 200,000 IU capsule (Sunny D, Sunplus) is enough to poison a large dog.

Already ate it?

If they ate itEmergency, even if they seem completely fine. Go now with the box — signs take a day or two, and early treatment prevents kidney damage. Don't make them vomit unless a vet tells you to.
Watch forVomiting, not eating, weakness, then heavy drinking and peeing — usually 12 to 48 hours later.

Thinking of giving it?

Why not even a littleSigns from about 0.1 mg of vitamin D3 per kg (4,000 IU per kg); tissue damage above 0.5 mg per kg. One 200,000 IU capsule is 5 mg — over the 0.1 mg per kg line for any dog up to 50 kg.
WhyIt drives calcium levels up until the kidneys, heart and blood vessels are damaged. The weekly and monthly high-strength capsules sold in Pakistan carry more than a hundred times a daily dose.
