Can my dog eat calcipotriol cream?

No.

Psoriasis creams with calcipotriol (Daivonex, Daivobet) are a strong vitamin D drug — a small amount licked or chewed from the tube can push a dog's calcium dangerously high and damage the kidneys.

Already ate it?

If they ate itGo to a vet now with the tube, even if they seem completely fine — signs take a day to show, and treatment works best before calcium rises. Wipe any left on their mouth or fur. Don't make them vomit unless a vet tells you to.
Watch forUsually nothing for the first day. Then vomiting, not eating, diarrhoea, weakness, and heavy drinking and peeing — typically 24 to 36 hours after; calcium starts rising within 12 to 24 hours.

Thinking of giving it?

Why not even a littleLife-threatening high calcium is reported in dogs from 40–60 micrograms (0.04–0.06 mg) per kg. Daivonex and Daivobet hold 50 micrograms per gram, so about 1 g of ointment per kg of dog — a third of a 30 g tube for a 10 kg dog.
WhyCalcipotriol is a form of vitamin D. It drives blood calcium up within a day, which can shut down the kidneys and harm the heart. Daivobet also contains a steroid, but the calcipotriol is what makes it an emergency.
