These terms apply to every use of wag-bowl.com and every order placed with Wagbowl, a brand of WAG BOWL (PRIVATE) LIMITED (NTN A957343, SECP CUIN 0237303), Plot 149-B, Industrial Area, Township, Lahore ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you accept them, together with our shipping policy, return and refund policy and privacy policy.

1. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. A contract exists only once we confirm it. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including for stock, delivery area, suspected fraud or misuse of offers. If we cancel, our only obligation is to refund what you paid for that order.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in Pakistani rupees and may change without notice; the price confirmed with your order applies. If a price or product detail is shown in error, we may cancel the order and refund it, even after confirmation. You can pay online at checkout or cash on delivery. Monthly plans are paid before the month starts, by bank transfer. Nothing renews or is charged automatically. We may require advance payment for any order, and may withdraw cash on delivery from anyone who refuses a delivery without a valid reason.

3. Offers and codes

Discounts, trials and codes are one per customer and household unless stated, have no cash value and may be withdrawn at any time. We may cancel orders that misuse them.

4. Delivery and risk

Delivery is governed by our shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are handed over at your address.

5. Storage and use

After handover, storage and handling are your responsibility. Keep packs frozen, thaw in the fridge or warm from frozen, and use a thawed pack within 24 hours. Never refreeze. We are not responsible for food stored or served any other way.

6. Your dog's health

Our food is pet food, not veterinary treatment. Ingredients are listed on each product. It is your responsibility to check them against your dog's allergies and needs, to introduce the food gradually, and to consult a vet for any medical condition, pregnancy or young puppy. Feeding amounts we suggest are guides only.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including vet bills, unless caused by our proven negligence. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Pakistani law.

8. Events outside our control

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including power cuts, weather, road closures, strikes, supplier failure or government action.

9. Content

All text, photos and designs on this site belong to us and may not be copied without written permission. Reviews, photos and messages you send us may be used by us in our marketing, without payment.

10. General

We may change these terms at any time; the version on this page when you order applies. If any part is unenforceable, the rest stands. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts at Lahore have exclusive jurisdiction.
