Starting out

Can't I just cook at home?

Cooking at home is cheaper, and we won't argue with that. What you're paying us for is that it happens every week without you: the same ratios every batch, weighed portions, meat sourced and checked, cooked and frozen the same day, delivered to your door.

Isn't kibble easier?

Barely. Scoop and pour, versus ten minutes in a pan. One extra step a day, for food you can actually recognise.

How do you know it's right for my dog?

Whole ingredients, in ratios we built against published international feeding guidance and the formulations of established fresh-food brands abroad, then reviewed with a food technologist and veterinarians. International certification is in progress. If your dog has a diagnosed condition, check with your vet before switching.

Is it a subscription? Am I locked in?

No. Nothing renews on its own and nothing is charged automatically. When you want the next month, you order it; we message you on WhatsApp first. Most people start with the 1 Week Trial.

Can I feed it to a puppy?

Puppies need different things to adult dogs, and growth-stage feeding is something we'd rather get right for your dog than guess at on a page. Message us with their age and breed and we'll advise.

Feeding

How do you work out my dog's portion?

Weight, age and activity level. Take the 60-second quiz and you'll get the exact daily grams, the right recipe, and what it costs per day, before you commit to anything.

How do I switch from their current food?

Slowly. Mix a little Wagbowl in and build it up over about a week; a transition guide comes in every box. Give their tummy up to two weeks to fully settle.

Their stool is loose. Is that normal?

On days 2 to 4 of the switch, yes, and it settles on its own. If it's still loose past day 5, go back to a 50/50 mix for three days, then step up again. Loose stool with vomiting, or lasting over a week, isn't a switching issue: see a vet.

My dog isn't finishing the bowl.

Usually the portion, not the food. Dogs coming off kibble often need less volume than you'd expect. Give it three days at the same amount, then try warming it slightly: warm food smells stronger.

My dog seems hungrier than before.

Fresh food digests faster than kibble, so a dog can genuinely feel hungrier in the first fortnight. Split the day's amount into three feeds instead of two, rather than adding more.

Can I mix it with kibble long-term?

Yes, plenty of customers do. Halve both portions rather than adding Wagbowl on top of a full bowl of kibble, or you'll overfeed.

I have two dogs. How much do I order?

Work out each dog's amount separately and add them together. Feed them in separate bowls: fresh food makes fast eaters faster.

What's the liquid in the pack?

Bone broth, about a quarter to a third of the pack. The food is cooked and packed in it, so tip the whole pack into the bowl.

What's the 400g pack for?

Toppers, small dogs, and trying a recipe first. Once a dog eats more than a pack a day it stops being practical as the main food.

Anything my dog shouldn't eat alongside it?

The usual list: onions, garlic, grapes, raisins, chocolate, xylitol, cooked bones. Nothing about Wagbowl changes that.

Storing & serving

How do I store and serve it?

Straight into the freezer. At mealtime, put a frozen pack in a pan with a splash of water and warm it on low for about 10 minutes, stirring. Or move tomorrow's pack to the fridge tonight and warm it for 2–3 minutes. Serve warm, not hot. Bin what's left in the bowl after 2 hours (1 hour above 32°C). Never thaw on the counter, never refreeze, and use a thawed pack within 24 hours.

How much freezer space do I need?

A monthly plan never needs room for more than ten packs at a time. They stack flat, about the size of a paperback each, and fit in one standard freezer drawer.

What about load-shedding?

A full freezer holds through a normal outage. Keep the door shut. If the packs are still hard when power returns, they're fine.

Delivery

Where do you deliver, and what does it cost?

Lahore only for now. Standard arrives in 24–48 hours (Rs 250); express within 24 hours (Rs 350). Free on orders over Rs 3,000, taken off automatically at checkout.

How often does a monthly plan come?

In three deliveries, about ten days apart, and we message you on WhatsApp before each one.

Does someone need to be home?

Yes. It's frozen food, so we can't leave it at a gate, with a guard or outside a door. If nobody's there and we can't reach you, the rider waits a short while and brings it back; a second attempt may cost extra.

Can I change the address or cancel?

Any time before it's dispatched. Once it's with the rider we can't reroute it.

Do you deliver outside Lahore?

Not yet. Islamabad and Karachi are planned. We won't give a date until the cold chain is ready.

Paying & changes

How do I pay?

Cash on delivery or bank transfer. A Plan is paid for the month before it starts, by bank transfer, and when the month ends we message you on WhatsApp. Nothing continues unless you reply.

Can I pause or skip?

Yes. Message us on WhatsApp and we pause or move your next delivery.

Can I change the recipe or pack size next time?

Yes. Every order is a fresh one, so you choose the recipe and pack size again each time.

What if my dog doesn't take to it?

Message us and we'll switch the recipe on the deliveries still to come. Different dogs like different things; that's exactly what the 1 Week Trial is for.

Can I return it?

Check it at the door. If a pack is soft or isn't what you ordered, hand it back to the rider and you don't pay for it. Once an order is accepted we can't take frozen food back. Spot something wrong or missing after the rider has gone? Message us the same day, with a photo, and we'll replace it on the next delivery or refund it.

How do refunds work?

When a refund is due, we pay it by bank transfer or as credit on your next order, whichever you prefer.

Real food.Right portion.Delivered.

Sixty seconds to their exact plan.
