Can my dog eat Brufen?

No.

Ibuprofen causes stomach ulcers and kidney failure in dogs, and a single adult tablet is enough to harm a small dog.

Already ate it?

If they ate itGo to a vet now with the packet — tell them the strength and roughly how many. Don't wait for vomiting, and don't make them vomit unless a vet tells you to.
Watch forVomiting (sometimes with blood), not eating, belly pain, black tarry stool within hours; drinking and peeing more, or much less, over the next few days.

Thinking of giving it?

Why not even a littleVomiting from a single dose as low as 25 mg per kg; kidney failure from about 175 mg per kg; seizures above 400 mg per kg. One 400 mg Brufen is 25 mg per kg for a 16 kg dog, and 100 mg per kg for a 4 kg one.
WhyDogs are far more sensitive to ibuprofen than people — it strips the stomach's protective lining and cuts blood flow to the kidneys. Cold-and-flu tablets like Arinac pair it with a decongestant, which is worse.
