Can my dog eat tramadol?

No.

Unless your vet prescribed this exact medicine for this dog at their dose. Never from a leftover box — a human tablet is too strong for a small dog, and some also contain paracetamol.

Already ate it?

If they ate itGo to a vet now with the strength, and say whether it also contains paracetamol.
Watch forSleepiness or agitation, wobbliness, dilated pupils, tremors, vomiting, rarely seizures — within one to two hours.

Thinking of giving it?

WhyVets do use tramadol in dogs, dosed by weight. A human tablet is often too much for a small dog, and tramadol-with-paracetamol tablets add a poison of their own.

Where this comes from. Merck Veterinary Manual — Over-the-Counter Analgesics Toxicity (tramadol).
