Can my dog eat Panadol?

No.

Unless your vet prescribed this exact medicine for this dog at their dose. Paracetamol from the family's box is one of the commonest ways well-meaning owners poison their dogs.

Already ate it?

If they ate itGo to a vet now, even if they seem fine. Damage begins before signs show, and treatment works best in the first few hours. Don't make them vomit unless a vet tells you to.
Watch forVomiting, brown or grey gums, a swollen face or paws, fast or laboured breathing within hours; yellow gums or eyes after a day or two.

Thinking of giving it?

Why not even a littleMerck: acute poisoning signs aren't usually seen below 100 mg per kg, and blood damage (methaemoglobin) from 200 mg per kg; repeated doses harm at less. One 500 mg Panadol is 100 mg per kg for a 5 kg dog.
WhyToo much damages the liver and stops red blood cells carrying oxygen. Vets occasionally use paracetamol at a carefully worked-out dose — a human tablet is not that dose.
