Can my dog eat human dewormer?

No.

Unless your vet prescribed this exact medicine for this dog at their dose. Human worming tablets are dosed for people, and ivermectin can poison some dogs.

Already ate it?

If they ate itGo to a vet now with the packet. Albendazole or mebendazole alone is usually low risk; ivermectin is the urgent one, especially in collies, shepherds and their mixes.
Watch forVomiting, diarrhoea, drooling. After ivermectin: dilated pupils, wobbliness, tremors, deep sleepiness or blindness — usually within a few hours, sometimes up to a day.

Thinking of giving it?

WhyVets do use albendazole, mebendazole and ivermectin in dogs, dosed by weight — the wrong dose means the worms survive. Ivermectin is the dangerous one: collies, shepherds and their mixes can carry a gene (MDR1) that lets it into the brain.

Where this comes from. PetMD (vet-reviewed) — Ivermectin Toxicity in Dogs; Collie Health Foundation — Multidrug Sensitivity (MDR1).
