Can my dog eat Disprin?

No.

Unless your vet prescribed this exact medicine for this dog at their dose. A human Disprin is the wrong dose and the wrong tablet, and it ulcerates a dog's stomach.

Already ate it?

If they ate itGo to a vet now with the strength and number of tablets — low-dose 75 mg heart aspirin counts too. Don't make them vomit unless a vet tells you to.
Watch forVomiting (sometimes with blood), not eating, black tarry stool, fever, fast breathing — usually within 4 to 6 hours, lasting a day or more.

Thinking of giving it?

Why not even a littleMerck reports stomach erosions in half of dogs given 25 mg per kg three times a day for two days, and serious poisoning (fever, panting, seizures) from a single dose of about 450 mg per kg. One 300 mg Disprin is 30 mg per kg for a 10 kg dog.
WhyAspirin strips the stomach's protective lining and slows blood clotting. Vets occasionally use it at low doses for a short time — even then, repeated doses ulcerate the stomach.

Where this comes from. Merck Veterinary Manual — Over-the-Counter Analgesics Toxicity (aspirin); VCA Animal Hospitals — Aspirin Poisoning in Dogs.
