Can my dog eat nihari?نہاری

No.

Nihari is onion, garlic, chilli, heavy oil and salt, and it often has bones in it. A lick of the gravy isn't an emergency; a bowlful or a bone is a call to your vet.

Already ate it?

If they ate itA lick: nothing to do. A bowlful: call your vet today. If bones were in it, call a vet now. Don't make them vomit unless a vet tells you to.
Watch forVomiting, diarrhoea, refusing food or a hunched, painful belly over the next 1–2 days (fat); weakness, pale gums or dark urine 3–5 days later (onion and garlic). Gagging, retching or straining if a bone went down.

Thinking of giving it?

WhyA plate of leftovers like this carries four problems at once: onion and garlic, fat that can trigger pancreatitis, salt, and cooked bone.
