If they ate itChewed and spat out: nothing to do. If a length of cane or a lot of fibre was swallowed, call a vet. Don't make them vomit unless a vet tells you to.
Watch forVomiting, refusing food, a painful belly or straining — over 1–3 days if fibre blocks the gut.
