Can my dog eat shawarma?

No.

Garlic sauce is the whole point of a shawarma, and garlic is bad for dogs. A bite isn't an emergency.

Already ate it?

If they ate itA bite is fine. If they ate a whole shawarma, call your vet: that's a real amount of garlic, and signs can take days.
Watch forVomiting or diarrhoea within a day; weakness, pale gums, fast breathing or dark urine 3–5 days later.

Thinking of giving it?

WhyAdd salt, pickle and spiced meat and there's nothing salvageable in it.
