Can my dog eat ketchup?

No.

Sauces are salt, sugar, vinegar and usually onion and garlic powder. A lick isn't an emergency.

Already ate it?

If they ate itA lick is fine. If they ate a lot — a bottle of sauce or a bowl of mayo — call your vet.
Watch forVomiting or diarrhoea within a day; a hunched, painful belly after a lot of mayonnaise; weakness or pale gums days later after a lot of a garlic-heavy sauce.

Thinking of giving it?

WhyMayonnaise adds a heavy fat load on top. Mustard seed is its own irritant.
